RM541   Cuprosklodowskite with baryte and malachite
Cu(UO2)2(SiO3OH)2·6H2O

Fantastic cuprosklodowskite specimen formed by several thin acicular prismatic crystals with a brilliant green to yellow color, very brilliant and transparent. Crystals have grown in cavities covered by dark green malachite. In one of them we can enjoy a great aesthetic group of tabular barite crystals, with toasted honey color and transparent, on which a beautiful acicular aggregate of cuprosklodowskite has grown. A small beauty. This speciemn of uranyl and copper silicate is from Musonoi, not Kalongwe. A complete sample. 3n2m23
