A specimen composed of several good-sized microcline crystals with well-defined faces and edges, accompanied by white albite crystals. A group of smoky quartz crystals with good luster and transparency stands out at the top. This specimen comes from the collection of Peter Seroka (Potsdam, 1942 - L'Escala, 2020), a well-known German collector residing in Catalonia and a lover of feldspars. 6db2a

RM564   Fluorite with Stilbite-(Ca), Clinochlore and quartz

Group of very sharp fluorite crystals which show good transparency and lilac to purple color. They are disposed on a matrix with feldspar and smoky quartz, accompanied by small prismatic crystals of brilliant prismatic stilbite, transparent and vivid orange color. Also with groups of clinochlore crystals, with dark brown to nearly black color.
This specimen was collected from miarolitic pegmatites veins in granite of the Strzegorn-Sobótka massif quarries. These quarries are worked for aggregates and miarolitic cavities are scarce. These specimens are coveted by collectors, mainly German and Poles, unusual in other collections.
